I was given a Wingman Outrigger system by my wife Christmas 2017. I paddle it 6-7 times in lakes and creeks the spring and summer of 2018. I paddled it solo and tandem on a 17' aluminum canoe and the Wingman Outrigger exceeded my expectations. Easy to install, once installed it's rock solid, and incredibly stable. I'm a big guy and the Wingman allows me to stand up in my canoe and fish. Also the deck of the Wingman makes a great sight fishing platform. The customer service from the company is over the top. I highly recomend this product. If you fish out of a conoe the Wingman Outrigger is a must have as far as I'm concerned.read more

Absolutely love the wingman. I take my four year old son and I can jump out and climb back in with no problem at all. That alone speaks volumes since I am am close to 270 pounds. Yeah I saw the video of someone jumping in and climbing out but I also noticed he was not as big as me. First time out I decide to test it out and was extremely impressed. Not only does it support me it allows me to take plenty of snacks and drinks when the family goes floating. Usually between 4 and 8 of us go and one cooler we use for snacks other for drinks. Well worth the money and could not be happier with it. Highly recommend it to anyone and have plans to float and musky fish threw the winter. Two thumbs up and can't say thanks enough to the two guysread more

Excellent product for a variety of uses. I personally enjoy the Wingman because I can safely take my young children down the river with a lot less worry and spend more time teaching them how to fish and paddle without the worry of the canoe tipping over, helps ease the mind of a worried wife as well. The cooler storage is also a great asset when you have quickly changing weather or simply to store food and drink. Super easy set-up and utility make the Wingman worth every penny for me, I don't think anyone would buy one and think to themselves "man that was a bad idea". 5 out of 5read more

Thought I'd share my thoughts on the Wingman after a few months of hard use. Through countless weekend trips around the Shenandoah River during VA whitetail season and currently running the Wingman for VA waterfowl season on my aluminum canoe, I have absolutely zero complaints with the system. Except for the poor water conditions we had here through fall made some trips tougher than others, but the Wingman prevails! The stability is unmatched, just the fact of being able to stand up on the gunnels of a canoe and not flip is a must for the avid hunter/sportsman. Ready for January river ice and more waterfowl floats with the Wingman. Pick one of these up! Outstanding, very innovating invention for anyone who wants to stabilize their canoe for a float trip that requires carrying all of your gear while increasing the space on an over night float trip. It makes a day trip so enjoyable as well. Ive spent many days on the river with this rig and I can't imagine a float trip with out it! It increases the comfort, and it's a piece of mind knowing I won't turn over, allows me to carry so much more. You can't go wrong with this set up.
